In a bowl, combine hotcake powder, milk and eggs

Sift it twice. (the texture gets softer)

(I put it in to make it similar to the actual 50,000 won color. It can be omitted.)

Preheat pan over low heat, coat with cooking oil and kitchen towel

When the heat rises, turn off the heat and pour in the batter

Turn pan quickly and spread evenly before fully cooked!!

Turn on low heat again and bake for 1 minute and 30 seconds

Lift it up with chopsticks and fingers and flip it over

Bake on low for another minute. (-> Place it on a bowl and cool it down

Continue to coat the pan and fry several sheets

Whip the whipped cream at high speed, dividing the sugar into three times!
