Stir-fried chicken breast with tomatoes
This is an improved version of stir-fried tomato eggs. In a way, it's the version right before it becomes a tomato chicken breast stew? Actually, it's not a diet. I had a cholecystectomy due to acute cholecystitis and should avoid fat consumption as much as possible. So, as I planned my diet, it became similar to a diet. For your information, it's a stir-fried dish without a drop of oil because it's based on patients with cholecystectomy. (Actually, I put oyster sauce...) It might be weird, but it tastes normal and tastes better than I thought. It has a little bit of seasoning in it, so of course..LOL It's good to add vegetable oil, but I try to take out the oil as much as I can. It could have been a tomato fried egg, but it was also said that egg yolks were not good for someone who had cholecystectomy.. It changed to chicken breast. It's wrong to make it big for the time being.. I think we should focus on making simple food.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Boil chicken breasts and cook for 10 minutes.
It's okay if it's not fully cooked.
It is to defrost, remove impurities, and remove any excess oil.

Cut two tomatoes into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/8
Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/8
Cook chicken breast in wok or large pot.
STEP 5/8
When the chicken breast is yellow, stir-fry the tomatoes.
STEP 6/8
When the tomato is not moist enough, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 7/8
Add 2/1 spoonfuls of soy sauce and stir-fry until tomatoes are cooked.
STEP 8/8
Place well-cooked food in a pretty bowl and add sesame salt.
We didn't add oil, so it's just to add a little bit of savory.
(It's okay not to put it in)
Use a wok or skillet coated with chicken breast to prevent it from sticking because it is oil-free. If you don't have a coating wok, use a little water instead of oil.
