STEP 5/10
Coat the meat in the order of wheat chicken bread.
STEP 6/10
Pancake instead of flour, frying powder is fine, add a little salt to the egg, and bread crumbs are better wet than dry. It's good to grind bread and use it
STEP 7/10
Place sauce ingredients in oven container
You can put the sauce in a pot and boil it on a gas stove, but I put it in the air fryer to make it more comfortable.
I put mayonnaise in to empty the can. You can skip it.
STEP 8/10
Put the meat coated with wheat bread in an oven pan and the sauce wall together in an oven container and heat the air fryer at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
Spray the meat in the oven pan and top of the meat with cooking oil.
STEP 9/10
I took out the sauce, turned the pork cutlet upside down, turned it over again at 190 degrees for 10 minutes, and heated it up at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
190 degrees 15 minutes 190 degrees 10 minutes 180 degrees 5 minutes (optional) It took a total of 30 minutes, but the temperature and time may vary depending on the specifications of the air fryer and the thickness of the pork cutlet meat, so please refer to it
STEP 10/10
Put the finished pork cutlet on a plate and sprinkle the sauce.
It was served with seaweed rice balls, fruit salad, and carrot laffe. Please refer to this as well and prepare the refrigerator as much as you want.
