STEP 1/10
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for about 20 minutes. Squeeze the water out of the shiitake mushroom!
Crami is messy when stir-frying, so you don't have to cut it, but I prepared it by cutting it in half, and please cut the vegetables.
STEP 2/10
Make the sauce in advance.
STEP 3/10
Add oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until the garlic flavor comes up, then add onions and carrots.
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and creams.
STEP 5/10
I added the sauce, but in order to eat it softly, I added 1 tablespoon of shiitake mushroom and we fried it together.
STEP 6/10
Add a little oyster sauce to make it taste good and seasoned, but if it doesn't taste right, adjust it with a little salt.
STEP 7/10
Add sesame oil and sesame salt and rummage through it.
STEP 8/10
Shiitake mushroom topped rice is good, but one stir-fried shiitake mushroom feels like the table is full, so it must be a nutritious ingredient.
STEP 9/10
Chewy shiitake mushrooms and stir-fried creamy are better side dishes because they are simple.
STEP 10/10
I didn't know stir-fried mushrooms would be so popular. I think Crami played a part^^
Maybe I should study hidden dishes to get rid of my kid's picky eating, but I think it's going to be hard, not a baby He probably ate it well by mistake at least once^^; I hope you'll enjoy mushroom dishes with the taste you've gotten used to.
If you use raw shiitake mushrooms after blanching once, you can cook them with a chewy taste without breaking them.
