The old kimchi dish is sour and sweet
This is a recipe for seasoned sour kimchi made using the sour ripe kimchi in the refrigerator.

  • cabbage kimchi

  • Sugar

  • Red pepper powder
    1/2TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Sesame oil
    1/2TS
  • Sesame
    1TS
  • Scallions

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse the ripe kimchi lightly in cold water.
STEP 2/7
After washing, squeeze out the water, and cut it into bite-size pieces.
You can wash the dishes more conveniently if you use tongs and scissors without using a cutting board.

Add half a tablespoon of sugar to control the sourness.
STEP 4/7
Add half a tablespoon of red pepper powder for color and spiciness.
STEP 5/7
Add half a tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 6/7
Add a tablespoon of sesame oil, please.
STEP 7/7
Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds and mix them well.
Mix it well so that the sauce is evenly coated, and then put the chopped chives on top
Kimchi tastes better if you cut it into small pieces.

    I was thinking about what to do because there were so many sour kimchi, but I really enjoyed the food! I made a wrap with boiled pork and my husband loved it too!
