Simple no-oven sausage bread
At home without an oven or air fryer I made sausage bread that I ate when I was a student. It's good to make and eat snacks for kids or when you're bored

  • Morning bread

  • Vienna sausage
    3ea
  • Cheddar cheese
    2piece
  • mozzarella cheese
    2piece
  • Spaghetti sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut out the middle of the bread in a V-shape
(You can cut it straight, but it's hard to make it if the bread is cooked or the sausage is large, so it's better to put it in a V shape
STEP 2/5
Spread spaghetti sauce on the inside.
(If you don't have spaghetti sauce, you can replace it with ketchup.)
STEP 3/5
Cut sausage in half and place on bread
(If the sausage is thin, you can just use it.)
STEP 4/5
Put mozzarella cheese on top, and top with cheddar cheese
(Order does not matter. I just put cheddar cheese later because it looks prettier on top of the yellow.)
STEP 5/5
Microwave one for 1000W for 40 seconds / Two for 60 seconds, and you're done!!
If the cheese is melted, sprinkle parsley and it's done!
You can bring back memories with the taste of sausage bread sold at the school cafeteria
(1) If you have an oven, you can make it prettier using onions, carrots, and egg water. (2) It tastes like the sausage bread that I ate at the school cafeteria. (If you add onions, it's 100% that taste)
