[Basic cookie dough]
Put butter, sugar powder, and salt at room temperature in a bowl, mix with a spatula, and then mix with a hand mixer.

Add vanilla extract to 1 and mix eggs 2-3 times.

Add the sifted powder ingredients and mix them with a silicone spatula.

When the dough becomes a lump, spread it out to a thickness of 5mm and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour

Shape the dough with a cookie cutter and slice it with a knife to make a puzzle.

Bake in a 170 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Place baked cookies on a cooling net and cool them completely.

[Royal icing]
Put sugar powder, egg whites, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon warm water in a bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.

When fluffy, mix with a hand mixer until fluffy.
STEP 10/11
Put it in a different bowl as much as you want and mix the pigments of the desired color and adjust the concentration by adding warm water little by little.

Bake and fill cooled cookies with royal icing to complete.
