[Children's Day Snack] Corn sticks that are good to make with ch
Hello, I'm easy unni's version of Oxus stick. Haha In the past, every bakery used to have a regular menu, but these days, there are not many places that sell it. I really like this snack.Hahaha So today, I'm going to post a recipe for corn sticks from the past. These days, you can bake bread with an air fryer If you make a dough and freeze it, it's very useful. It's a good recipe to make with a child, so I strongly recommend a challenge if a child is at home.^^

Ingredients
  • egg
    5ea
  • Milk
    250g
  • corn flour
    300g
  • Gravity powder
    500g
  • Sugar
    200g
  • Baking powder
    20g
  • Flower salt
    10g
  • Butter
    150g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/20
First, measure 500g of flour, 300g of corn flour, and 20g of baking powder and mix them well.
STEP 2/20
There are 5 eggs, but I made it a mess, and by weight, it's about 280g.
STEP 3/20
Measure 250g of milk and take it out in advance so it's not too cold.
STEP 4/20
You can measure sugar and salt together, and sugar can range from 200g to 250g, but if you add more, it's too much. Don't put in more than 250g
STEP 5/20
Beat in the eggs lightly first.
STEP 6/20
Add the sugar and salt measurements to the eggs and stir until melted^^
STEP 7/20
Add the milk and mix it
STEP 8/20
Now add all the powders and mix lightly.
STEP 9/20
Remove butter beforehand and microwave for 30 seconds.
STEP 10/20
Add melted butter to dough and mix well until lumpy.
STEP 11/20
Just like the picture, if you mix the butter well, it's done.
STEP 12/20
Put the dough in a plastic bag or wrap it and refrigerate it for 30 minutes!!
STEP 13/20
After 30 minutes, take out the dough and divide it by 30 to 40g.
STEP 14/20
Squeeze the dough into a circle and push it into an elongated rod shape, and then place it on the pan at intervals
STEP 15/20
Gently spread egg water or milk over top of dough.
STEP 16/20
For the rest of the dough except for the amount of roasting, put it on top of the plastic, put it on top of the plastic again, and store it in the freezer, and take it out and use it the next time you bake it^^
STEP 17/20
The temperature is 180 degrees, and the color is perfect after baking for 13 minutes.
STEP 18/20
If the color comes up nicely on the top, it's ripe. If you turn the pan upside down in the middle, it's more evenly colored^^
STEP 19/20
You can put the well-cooked stick on a cooling net and wrap it. Oksusu sticks don't get soggy or stiff quickly, so it's easy to put them in a bread bag for a week ^^
STEP 20/20
Store it in a bread bag or zipper bag, and it's good for gifts, and it's not too sweet and doesn't just contain flour, so it's perfect for adults and children's snacks. If you make it with your child, measure it, and knead it, the child really likes it, so try it~^^
Mix the dough lightly so that it doesn't get tough. When you take out the frozen dough, leave it for a while after panning and bake it after the cold has gone away~ The temperature of the air fryer can be adjusted to between 10 and 15 minutes at 180 degrees, but please set it to 10 minutes and adjust the time by checking it.
