Wash dried mussels once and soak them in water for about 20 minutes. Soak seaweed in water.

When the seaweed is soaked, rub it and wash it clean.
Soaked mussels have gotten softer. I always buy mussels and seaweed when I go to Gijang in Busan. The soup comes out well and the taste is strong, so I always buy it whenever I go.

Cut the soaked seaweed into bite-size pieces and put it in a pot. Add sesame oil to the seaweed and stir-fry it.

Put the soaked mussels into the white roasted seaweed and stir-fry them again.

Boil the soft seaweed and mussels with water.

After boiling it for about 30 minutes, the soup is made like this.
If you season the soup with mussel seaweed soup with homemade soy sauce, it's done!
It is said that mussels protect the liver and kidneys and make blood, which is good for people with weak bodies. It is said to have an excellent effect on relieving hangovers. Dried mussels contain twice as much taurine as raw mussels. You all know that taurine is good for hangover. It is more effective to boil hangover soup with dried mussels than raw mussels.
