STEP 1/9
Boil the monkfish in boiling water and let it cool. Don't throw away boiled water.I'm going to use it when I stir-fry it.

In the meantime, please make the whole powder and sauce

Place 2 tbsp cooking oil in a heated pan and add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 2/3 of the sauce.

Add the boiled monkfish and stir-fry it gently
STEP 5/9
Add 4 ladles of boiled monkfish

And sea squirts,

Place bean sprouts on top, cover, and cook bean sprouts for about 2 minutes

Open the lid and gently toss up and down, and season with bean sprouts.It dries some moisture. If it's bland, add the remaining sauce.

If the seasoning is right, beat the starch water little by little and adjust the concentration.
Lastly, one more round of sesame oil, sesame salt, and minari^^
Seasoning may vary depending on the amount of agu, sea squirt, and bean sprouts, so don't put all of the sauce at once, but add more when you season it at the end.
The bean sprouts are thick bean sprouts for steaming, and the beans are removed.
