Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash and drain the host.
STEP 2/6
Slice the green onion sideways.
STEP 3/6
Slice garlic.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry cooking oil, garlic, and green onion in a frying pan.
STEP 5/6
When you smell green onion, add bean sprouts and stir-fry.
STEP 6/6
When the bean sprouts are about 50% cooked, add jajang powder and stir-fry it.
* It tastes better if you use chili oil. * You can use black bean paste. * It tastes better with meat.
