Cooking Steps

Boil two bags of Ssanghwa tea (200g) and black sugar in a pot to make Ssanghwa tea syrup.
STEP 2/6
Heat the milk warm.
STEP 3/6
Put the Ssanghwa tea syrup in the cup.

Add warm milk.
STEP 5/6
