Making Chogye Noodles with chicken tenderloin and cold noodle br
As the weather gets warmer, I can feel summer coming. In this case, I made Chogye-guksu with chicken that helps increase immunity by craving cool and refreshing soup.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil about 400ml of water in a pot and boil it for 20 minutes with 4 pieces of defrosted chicken tenderloin, green onions, whole garlic, and onions.
STEP 2/7
The well-boiled chicken tenderloin is torn into bite-size pieces along the grain.
STEP 3/7
Sieve the chicken broth and put it in the refrigerator to cool it down.

Add salt, pepper, and mustard little by little to the torn chicken and mix them well.

Boil 200g of noodles.
STEP 6/7
Put the same amount of chicken stock in a bag of cold noodle broth and mix it with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of lotus root.
STEP 7/7
Put the boiled noodles in a bowl, put shredded cabbage, radish wraps, and chicken, and pour the soup to complete Chogye noodles, which are good for immunity!
Please add or subtract toppings on top of Chogye noodles according to your preference.
