Grind the boiled bits and apples in 10 minutes and leave them in the refrigerator.
It's convenient to cut steamed bits into cubes and keep them frozen and grind them whenever you need them.
We grind fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, pears, etc. based on apple and apple juice.

Add the beet juice and mix
The ingredients on top are mostly red, so I didn't mix yogurt and beet juice smoothly, but lightly mixed with a spoon in a whirlwind shape with white yogurt

Put the prepared fruits and vegetables side by side and add nuts and hemp seeds in moderation.
If bananas or kiwis go up, the color combination is prettier, but please use the ingredients at home without having to prepare them on purpose.
If you slice cooked sweet potatoes or boiled eggs thinly, you can have a hearty meal
