Stir-fried Tomato Eggs: Diet, breakfast menu is the best!
I made stir-fried tomato eggs that will make you feel full in a busy morning. Tomatoes are one of the vegetables that are really low in calories. It's about 14 calories per 100g. It's rich in fiber, so it's really good for dieting. If you're on a diet, try it.

  • Tomato

  • Eggs

  • Sugar

  • Ketchup
    1TS
  • potato starch
  • Water
    100ml
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut one tomato into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/7
Add a bit of salt to two eggs
Mix it well.

Pour cooking oil into a pan
First, I'll make scrambled eggs
Transfer to a bowl.
