Cut green peppers into appropriate sizes

*Shred onion
Please cut the green onions, too.
*Please prepare sand lance.

*Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic, onion, green onion, green pepper, and sand lance.
*Fry until onions are transparent.

*Push it to one side and add dark soy sauce, ginger wine, tuna liquid, and sugar
*If it goes up, mix it with green pepper

* Reduce the heat to low and simmer with the lid on.
*Stir it once or twice (about 10 minutes)

Add oligosaccharide and perilla oil and stir-fry over high heat

Stir-fry until the soup is almost gone

Turn off the light
Add sesame seeds and mix

I used dried fish sauce without steaming it
