Seasoned sand lance without water
The sand lance that my husband enjoyed eating is dried fish that looks like anchovies It smells less fishy than anchovies and is softer and more savory. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut green peppers into appropriate sizes
STEP 2/9
*Shred onion
Please cut the green onions, too.
*Please prepare sand lance.
STEP 3/9
*Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic, onion, green onion, green pepper, and sand lance.
*Fry until onions are transparent.
STEP 4/9
*Push it to one side and add dark soy sauce, ginger wine, tuna liquid, and sugar
*If it goes up, mix it with green pepper
STEP 5/9
* Reduce the heat to low and simmer with the lid on.
*Stir it once or twice (about 10 minutes)
STEP 6/9
Add oligosaccharide and perilla oil and stir-fry over high heat
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry until the soup is almost gone
STEP 8/9
Turn off the light
Add sesame seeds and mix
