(G)I-DLE's side dishes!! Snacks! Drinking snacks!! I tried braised rice cake that goes well with everything. It's a really delicious food with pork neck and vegetables added considering the nutrients that might be lacking!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Watching the Pay Continuing Recipe video is a great help to make recipes.
Add all the ingredients marked in the sauce and mix well so that sugar and starch syrup do not sink to the bottom.
If there is no onion juice, add half a spoon of sugar to 100cc of water.
Do not use vinegar-based cooking wine or flavours with low alcohol concentration. Use rice wine or rice wine if there is no mirin.
STEP 2/8
Cook the pork neck first in a heated frying pan. Cook one side until golden and then pour half of the prepared sauce when the meat is about 80% cooked while cooking the other side.
Just pour it in half!!!!
STEP 3/8
Pour the sauce and simmer over high heat for 30 seconds, then add soaked or pre-thawed rice cake. I recommend you to use rice cake
STEP 4/8
Add the rice cakes, then reduce the heat to low and chop the meat into small pieces. If you just leave it on high heat and cut the meat, the seasoning may burn, so be careful.
STEP 5/8
Cut the meat and pour another half in the remaining sauce.
If you're in trouble with this section chief, pour 75% of the sauce when you first pour it.
STEP 6/8
Pour in the sauce and add the mushrooms.
STEP 7/8
Simmer over medium heat until seasoning is reduced to less than 1/10 as shown in the picture. Boil it down, taste it, and if the seasoning feels weak, pour the remaining sauce. I don't need to add anything else. The seasoning was perfect. I stir-fried fish cake~
It's a really delicious sauce even if you stir-fry fishcake. ^^`One fishcake is filled with 1.5 spoons of seasoning^^~

If you're an adult, you can taste another taste by slicing 1 red pepper into the seasoning or frying it with about half a spoon of red pepper powder. 3. There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring the recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly.
