STEP 1/6
I'll blanch the chicken for braised spicy chicken first.
Pour the chicken into the water, cook for about 5 minutes when the water starts to boil, and wash the chicken thoroughly.
It's good to remove impurities and lose fat.

Pour the water so that the chicken is submerged, and now we're going to cook it now.
Slice a carrot into bite-size pieces, and add onions. Add Cheongyang red pepper to taste for spicy taste.
And cook it. If you cook it for a long time, the onion will get soft and you can't tell the shape. The onion will give you a delicious sweet taste.
Also, if you want to chew onions together, cut one more when it's almost boiled down and add it.
STEP 3/6
While the chicken is cooking, I will make the sauce and put it in.
Add soy sauce 6T, red pepper powder 4T, red pepper paste 2T, sugar 2T, oligosaccharide 2T, minced garlic 1T, and pepper and mix well.
It tastes better if you make the seasoning in advance and let it ripen in the refrigerator. You can just use it. If you cook stir-fried food often, I think you can make more seasoning and mature it, and use it for other stir-fried dishes.

When the water starts to boil, add the seasoning and boil it down according to the degree of the soup you want.
I cooked it for about 30 minutes. If you cook it for too long, the chicken's flesh is just too mushy and the texture is not good and the shape is not maintained, so it's better to cook it moderately. Lastly, cut the green onions and add them. (Why wasn't there a green onion on this day..Lol I didn't put it in. But it's still delicious.)

I like spicy braised spicy chicken with more Cheongyang red pepper.
You can add a little more sugar to the basic seasoning to suit your taste, or you can add more cheongyang peppers for spicy taste.
