Chop the pepperoncino hole into small pieces, cut the green onion into quarters, and then chop it into small pieces. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces, too.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

When the pan is heated, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, chopped bacon, and pepperoncino hole and stir-fry.

While the ingredients are being stir-fried, boil the pasta noodles until you feel a little undercooked.

When bacon and garlic are properly stir-fried, add boiled pasta noodles, 1 ladle of noodle water, 40g of butter, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and stir-fry until the noodle water boils down.
I used saline butter, but if you use salt-free butter, adjust the amount of soy sauce and salt to season.
