Chinese-style braised pork
Pork is grilled and sometimes used for kimchi stew or simple dishes if there is meat left. When I get tired of ordinary dishes, I used special ingredients or spices to make special dishes on days when I want to make them.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
If you don't like octagonal scents or don't have octagonal scents, you don't have to use it, but it's an important point of this dish, so I recommend putting it in if possible.

Please make the seasoning in advance.
STEP 3/10
Wash and prepare paprika, onion and cabbage. If you want to add ingredients like carrots or potatoes, add as much as you want without a paprika.

Cut the vegetables into 2x2 pieces to eat in the same size.
STEP 5/10
Cut pork neck into bite-size 2.5x2.5 pieces after making cuts. If you season it with salt, the seasoning will be better.

Preheat to high heat in wok or coating pot.
If you see smoke coming up, add the meat and stir-fry it.
STEP 7/10
When the surface of the pork turns yellowish, add the vegetables and sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 8/10
If you continue to stir-fry it, at some point the water will drain from the vegetables and meat. When cooked, vegetables and meat become richly soft. Please rummage so that it doesn't burn underneath.
STEP 9/10
When more than half is boiled down, lower the heat and stir-fry slowly for another 5 minutes.

Finish with pepper and sesame oil when there is enough sauce left at the bottom.
1. Octagonal angles are also sold on the Internet or at large nearby department stores. 2. If you like the crunchy vegetables, put only cabbage and paprika in step 9. 3. Pork belly is fine, but it can be greasy because more oil comes out. 4. I recommend you to eat it with green onion kimchi. 5. It's for 2 people, so please cut all the ingredients in half when making 1 person.
