Stir-fried bok choy with crunchy texture I didn't use oil and stir-fried it^^

Ingredients
  • Bok choy
    1pack
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • Oyster sauce
    1.5TS
  • Sesame
    little
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare the ingredients
STEP 2/6
Cut bok choy and enoki mushrooms at the bottom and hang them
STEP 3/6
Stir-fry it in a heated pan without oil
Stir-fry it with the water in the vegetables
STEP 4/6
When the vegetables are out of breath, throw away the water in the pan
STEP 5/6
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry it
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds
If you don't like seafood, you might have oyster sauce, but if you add sesame oil, you can hide the fishy taste^^
