After trimming the cold, wash it neatly, and chop it finely. Please use the cold root, too. It's the best for your health. If you don't like the texture of the sticky roots, you can chop them up very, very much. I like it, so I chopped it this much.

And pour the broth. We used natural seasoning broth for the broth. If you don't have broth, you can just use bottled water. Or anchovy broth. Boil it once over high heat, and then keep cutting it over medium and low heat. So that the sticky rice doesn't stick.
