Super simple Vegan scone knead with olive oil and soy milk^^
I like scones, but butter and milk have short expiration dates, so if I suddenly want to eat them in the evening, I often don't have any ingredients. I challenged myself to make vegan scones with olive oil and soy milk, which I always prepare, and the rugged taste is so attractive. Next time, I'm going to cook the perfect vegan scones without eggs^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Sift the flour and baking powder and mix with sugar and salt.
STEP 2/6
Add olive oil and mix the lumps to make it fester.
STEP 3/6
Add eggs and soy milk and mix roughly and lump together.
STEP 4/6
Spread the dough on the cutting board, divide it into 8 pieces with a knife, and apply the remaining egg wash.
STEP 5/6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Eat it with honey or jam according to your taste.
You can skip applying egg wash if you don't want to, but the color looks delicious so it's pretty. If you break an egg, put it in a 30g dough and leave a little, so you can spread it with your hands. Freshly baked scones are good, but when it's warm, they don't taste sweet and the texture is kind of fluffy. The hardened scone tastes sweeter the next day^^ Oh, yeah! Soy milk is sweet. (I bought veggie meal with my own money)
