STEP 1/12
It's a refrigerator, so I defrosted it naturally in the refrigerator.
STEP 2/12
Remove the yellow corvina by scratching the scales from the tail to the head with a blade. You can remove the fishy smell by cutting the tips of the fins and the tail and rinsing them cleanly.
STEP 3/12
Make 2 cups of anchovy broth in advance.
STEP 4/12
Please make the sauce.
The salted shrimp in the sauce adds flavor.
STEP 5/12
Slice the radish thickly, and slice the green onions and cheongyang peppers diagonally.
STEP 6/12
Spread radishes in a saucepan and place corvina on top. Additionally, I chopped 1/2 onions thickly and put them on top. Add the sauce, pour in about 2 cups of anchovy stock, cover and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/12
When it boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 15 minutes until the radish is fully cooked.
STEP 8/12
You have to boil it down while pouring the seasoning soup.
STEP 9/12
When the radish is cooked, boil it for another 5 minutes, add green onions and Cheongyang red pepper, and season it with salt. I added red pepper as well.
STEP 10/12
Spicy and spicy, the soup is self-cooked croaker.
STEP 11/12
It's really annoying to eat fish flesh, but I can't stop using spicy braised croaker chopsticks. ^^
STEP 12/12
I put in green peppers instead of Cheongyang peppers to eat with the children, so make spicy braised yellow corvina with Cheongyang peppers.
Put salted shrimp in braised fish? After making it, it's delicious. And I didn't need an extra liver^^;
