Making Pyeonstor and Jjolgye Jjolmyeon with one pan
It is a dish that Lee Yoo-ri made at the restaurant, spread the jjolmyeon on an iron plate, put eggs in it, and added rice cake skewer sauce, pizza cheese, and scrambled eggs to complete the menu. I made a new grilled jjolmyeon in my own way.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, soak the noodles in water for 20-30 minutes.
Scramble 1 egg while the noodles are soaked in water.
I will sprinkle scrambled eggs for decoration at the end.
Since it's for decoration, it's good to chop up scrambled eggs.
STEP 2/8
Please make a rice cake skewer sauce.
Add 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 4 spoons of ketchup, 1/2 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, and 1/2 spoon of sugar and mix.
Wash the chives clean and chop them into small pieces.

Grease the pan and spread the well-soaked jjolmyeon.
If the jjolmyeon is well spread out, cook it by pressing it down to cook well.
If you think the backside is well cooked, beat an egg and pour it evenly between the chewy noodles.

Cook a little longer and pour the eggs on the other side as well.
You can grill enough using two.

If golden brown, cut into bite-size pieces.
Then spread the sauce on the jjolmyeon.

Sprinkle with chives and pizza cheese on top.

It's time to melt the pizza cheese.
Cover and heat over low heat just enough to melt the pizza cheese.

Put 4 pieces on top of each other and scrambled eggs on top
It's chewy thanks to jjolmyeon It goes well with the sauce, so it feels like a unique pizza.
