STEP 1/8
Cut tofu, green onions, and onions into bite-size pieces.

In an oiled pan, first add green onion oil and stir-fry pork.
When it's done, add the onions.

Add 1T of soy sauce, 1T of red pepper powder, 1/2T of soybean paste, 1t of sugar, and 1t of red pepper paste and stir-fry.

Add 250ml of water and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/8
When the water boils, add tteokbokki rice cake and bring to a boil it.
I stir-fried it more because it was refrigerated.

When the rice cake is cooked, add tofu.
STEP 7/8
Adjust the concentration by adding starch water (1T of starch, 2T of water).
STEP 8/8
Mapa tofu tteokbokki is finally done if the concentration is right.
The combination of Mapa Tofu and Tteokbokki was also better than I thought.
It's not that spicy, so it's very popular as a kid's snack!!
Mix the rice with the remaining sauce.
