Crab meat soft tofu porridge: It's light and soft
Usually, when you have a bad tooth or a bad tooth, you look for soft porridge. As I spend more time at home, I want to soothe my stomach lightly rather than having a burdensome meal from the morningIt's a simple recipe that I recommend to those who do :)

Ingredients
  • Crammy

  • soft tofu
    2/3pack
  • instant rice
    1.5bowl
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare 1.5 bowls of rice, chubby crab sticks or crami (4 long ones, 8 short ones), and soft tofu.
STEP 2/6
For rice, put 400 to 500ml of water in a mixer and grind it.
Tear crab meat/crami into small pieces and chop.
STEP 3/6
Place sesame oil in a skillet and stir-fry crab meat/crami for 1 minute.
(You can add a little bit of chopped green onion and stir-fry it.)
STEP 4/6
Add ground rice water and soft tofu to the pot.
STEP 5/6
Mash soft tofu with a spoon and season with soy sauce/fish sauce. Add a pinch of salt at the end of the liver. Bring to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 6/6
a super-simple porridge that is quickly finished.
Put it in a bowl and enjoy it^^
You can use crab sticks, but I recommend more crab sticks^^
