Prepare the ingredients.

Put milk and butter in a pot and over medium heat
Boil for 1 to 2 minutes until it boils.

Add the remaining 1 egg and rum to knead.

Put the dough in the piping bag.

It's heated up to 160 to 170 degrees
Fry the dough in the oil.

Fried churros until golden
a mixture of sugar and cinnamon
Transfer to a bowl and coat it with sugar evenly.
