Mashed potato w.Pork neck steak: My house is a restaurant

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut potatoes in moderation, add potatoes and salt, and boil them from scratch
Do not stir while the potatoes are boiling, but boil them as they are.

When the potatoes are boiled well, drain the water out.
When the boiled water becomes blurry, it's almost cooked. Try one and check

Lower the heat and crush the potatoes, blowing away the moisture

When the potatoes are fluffy, add milk (raw cream) and mix.

Remove from heat, add butter and melt with residual heat

Like beef, pork neck steak was mixed with olive oil, sprinkled with herb salt and grind pepper, and baked in an air fryer.
