Wash the rapeseed vegetables and remove one stalk at a time.

*Slice the onions and slice the cheongyang and red peppers diagonally.
*Please cut the green onions, too.

*Pour water in a pot and add a little salt when it boils
*Put the stalks of the rape vegetables first and blanch them. (About 2-3 minutes)
