Finely chop the pumpkin and carrot and finely chop the ham.
30 grams of pumpkin and 30 grams of carrot are about 2 spoons of rice
80 grams of sausage is about eight grains based on a small Vienna.

2. When sprinkling seaweed powder, cut and add the bare seaweed instead of the seasoned seaweed. It's already seasoned, so it might be salty.
