STEP 1/9
First, wash the clams that need to be removed in cold water.
If you put 2 tablespoons of thick salt in a wide bowl and put iron such as a fork or steel spoon, the clams spit out the mud better.
Add salt, soak it in water, cover it with black plastic, and remove it from the refrigerator for about 1 to 3 hours.
STEP 2/9
I prepared garlic and green onions without any need for ingredients.
Just looking at it makes me feel like I'm going to have a hangover.
I cut about one green onion and cut about 10 garlic pieces.
STEP 3/9
Wash the clams clean again and prepare them.
If you think it's too much, put it in a plastic bag and freeze it
Next time, it's good to use for miso soup or various dishes.
STEP 4/9
When the ingredients are ready, melt a piece of butter in a pan.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry all the green onions and garlic prepared with butter.
STEP 6/9
For the spicy taste, I put in about 5 peperocinos.
I accidentally put in a lot, but it was too spicy.
I think about five is appropriate.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry it and add all the clams you prepared when the garlic scent starts to come up.
STEP 8/9
And stir-fry it over high heat within a minute or two, and then add alcohol such as soju or refined rice wine.
You can add white wine or anything with alcohol.
But it's better to put in something that doesn't have a strong scent, right?
I just added soju
If you put in about 1 cup of paper, it's enough.
STEP 9/9
One point is that clams taste salty
It's hard to neutralize this salty taste with just one cup of soju.
If you taste the soup, you might be surprised because it's too salty.
In this case, please add 1 more cup of water.
Adding more water doesn't make it less tasty, so you can add it without worrying.
Turn off the lights when everyone's mouth is moderately open.
The point is to stir-fry it quickly.
