Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
If there's a shrimp shell
Remove the skin first.
STEP 2/7
Wash spinach in running water
Cut the red roots and chop them up
Cut the rest into 5cm pieces.
STEP 3/7
on medium heat
Add cooking oil
Stir-fry minced garlic until it smells like garlic.

Add shrimp and stir-fry for about a minute.

Add spinach
Stir-fry spinach until it shrinks in volume. (1-2 minutes)

Add rice and stir-fry.
STEP 7/7
Add soy sauce and salt and stir-fry it
Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish.
Even if there seems to be a lot of spinach, the amount decreases as you stir-fry it.
If you don't have shrimps, use the vegetables
You can enjoy it with cold scallions.
