Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I used the frozen cut nose bridge. It removes the fins of the nose bridge and firmly removes the black membrane inside.
It falls clean in the frozen state. Wash the trimmed bridge of the nose clean.

Dice 4 large pieces of radish, onion, green onion, and cheongyang pepper.
