How to make a clean diet risotto that never gets fat
These days, I've been preparing body profiles and doing biological experiments on my body with various diet recipes!!! I brought it because I wanted to tell you a diet risotto recipe that doesn't make you gain weight and supplements protein I made up for the lack of protein with flesh, but since it's a little fat and calories, if you don't have much exercise, I recommend adding shrimp! Low salt is not the only right diet, so you don't have to worry if you spray it generously when you season it with salt!

Chop the onions and mushrooms into small pieces!
