Separate the egg whites and yolk and mix them with a rice paddle

Add sugar 2/3 to the yolk and 1/3 to the whites

Add milk, mirin, and honey to the yolk and mix

Place the flour in a strainer and mix gently with a spatula

Put the egg white into the yolk three times

Place oil paper in a mold and add batter

Bake at 170' for 10 minutes

Bake at 150' for 20 minutes

It's finally done!!!I made meringue so hard that I bursted out of course;;
