STEP 1/8
Cabbage, perilla leaves, green onions, and carrots, which are essential ingredients for stir-fried soondae, are available or not. I put in the carrot because there was still some left.
STEP 2/8
If you order frozen sundae naturally defrost, cut it and prepare it. You can steam frozen sundae and cut it. If you're going to steam and stir-fry it, it's better to put it in the last place after the sundae cools completely.
STEP 3/8
First, oil the pan and add vegetables.
STEP 4/8
I'll put in soondae, too. I wanted to do it as if I was doing it in Sillim-dong Sundae Town. There, they put a lot of ingredients on the iron plate and put them on the grill
STEP 5/8
Put perilla leaves on top of that.
STEP 6/8
The sauce is pre-made. I used the spicy sauce that I made beforehand. The exact ingredients for sundae stir-fry sauce are 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger powder, 1 tablespoon of pepper, 2 tablespoon of natural seasoning, 2 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of plum juice, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
STEP 7/8
Put perilla powder on top. and stir-fry it on the spot. Put some oil on it. If it seems too dry, you can add a little water and stir-fry it
STEP 8/8
Stir-fried soondae is done. It would have been nice to put perilla leaves on top... ...but I've exhausted them all.
