STEP 1/7
Prepare 2 cups of black beans. I used a paper cup-sized cup
STEP 2/7
Wash the beans three or four times and place them on a sieve to remove moisture.
STEP 3/7
Prepare 8 tablespoons of sugar, 8 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
STEP 4/7
Pour 8 cups of water into 2 cups of beans and bring to a boil. The ratio of beans to water is 1:4. Please remember this.
STEP 5/7
When it starts to boil, add 8 tablespoons of sugar. You need to put sugar first so that the beans don't harden later. Boil over low heat for about 30 minutes.
STEP 6/7
Add 8 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce and boil the soup until it boils down.
STEP 7/7
When the soup boils down, add 2 tablespoons of starch syrup and boil it down over high heat until the soup is gone. It's perfect if you boil it down until there's about 1cm of soup left on the floor. Starch syrup makes your skin glow.
You know that beans are so nutritious that they are often called field-grown beef, right? Black beans are in the spotlight as a healthy food as they have four times more anti-aging ingredients and are known to be effective in preventing adult diseases and dieting. In the Boncho River Tree, it is recorded that the efficacy of black beans "controls the kidneys, removes edema, activates blood circulation, and releases the poison of all drugs." It also contains cysteine, an essential ingredient for hair growth, which is effective in preventing hair loss.
