Making souffle cheesecake with cheddar cheese
I made a cheesecake using the commonly available cheddar cheese. The flavor of cheese is strong and light.

Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Soft flour

  • Sugar

  • Butter

  • lemon juice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, boil 130g of milk in a pot.
When the milk boils, add 4 sheets of cheddar cheese and melt while stirring.

Add 40g of butter and when melted, remove from heat and cool.
STEP 3/10
While cooling, separate the egg whites and yolks from the four eggs.
Beat in the yolk first and mix in the cheese dough.
STEP 4/10
And mix 55g of flour together after sieving.
Add 1 spoon of lemon juice, too.
Like this, the cheese dough is done.

Now, it's time to whip the cold white.
When bubbles start to form, add 1/3 sugar and whip.
You can put it in in the middle.

If the hard meringue is done, I'm ready.
STEP 7/10
Mix the meringue with half the cheese dough.
What you need to be careful about is!!
Mix the meringue lightly so that it does not turn off.
If it's all mixed well, the dough is complete!!
STEP 8/10
Now place parchment paper in a round mold and pour the dough.
I used a coated frying pan and an oven pan, so I poured it as it was.
Then, clean the surface by beating the dough a few times.

Now I'm going to bake it in medium heat, so pour a little water into the wide pan below and place the round mold on top.
I baked it at 120 degrees for 20 minutes and at 100 degrees for 30 minutes.
If you use a regular round frame, it has a thickness of that board, so you need to grill it more!!
You have to adjust the temperature according to the specifications of the oven and check the condition carefully.
STEP 10/10
If you poke a toothpick and the dough doesn't get on it, it's finally done.
Do not remove the finished cheesecake immediately, but cool it in the oven and remove it.
If you take it out quickly, it can turn off.
