1] First, I'll prepare all the vegetable ingredients. Cut the chives in half lengthwise according to the size, and chop them at intervals of 1cm apart. It's an important vegetable for scenting, so I think I always use it for fried rice. Now, remove the seeds from the middle of the paprika and cut them into 0.7cm cubes. If you want a spicy taste, you can chop up the peppers and put them in.

2] You can use regular, low-salt, or other scents depending on your preference. If you stir-fry it closely, the size will be slightly reduced, so I'll cut it into big pieces about 1cm in all directions.

3] Now preheat the frying pan over high heat for 3 minutes, then add a tablespoon of cooking oil and stir-fry the green onions for 2 minutes to give it a good flavor.

4] Now add the spam and stir-fry for 3 minutes or so until golden on all sides. It is recommended to keep the heat between medium and high heat.

5] Now add rice and paprika and stir-fry. It's easier to stir-fry rice because some moisture comes out of paprika. If the rice and ingredients don't stir-fry too much and you feel like you're playing separately, add a little bit of cooking wine or water to make it easier to stir-fry.

6] Now it's time to season it. Add 1T of oyster sauce, 1/2t of salt, 1/2t of pepper and stir-fry. Fill the liver with oyster sauce or salt to taste.

7] Lastly, add a little bit of sesame oil and add more scent.

8] Add one fried egg to your liking. Sprinkle sesame seeds and put it on top of fried rice, and everyone will be able to make a simple dish, Spam Fried Rice, at a successful.
