Dissolve starch in cold water

Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil and place the dumplings in a circle

When the bottom of the dumpling is slightly cooked over medium heat, put starch water in between the dumplings with a spoon

Reduce heat to low, put starch water between dumplings, and cover tightly
STEP 5/6
When starch water starts to boil, open the lid and blow away the moisture
STEP 6/6
Cover the dish with a pan and turn the pan upside down
You have to take the dumplings out of the refrigerator 2 hours beforehand or soak them in hot water for 2 minutes and cook them
