Mix fresh corn salad with canned corn
I was going to post two yesterday, but I didn't have time to post them because I had a customer at home. I'm going to work hard and upload two today. ^^ I tried to post 35 recipes this month, but I think I can do it. Rather than being complicated, choosing a simple menu and taking pictures without preparing ingredients is less time to post, so I think I have some time to spare. So, today, I'm going to make corn salad using canned corn.

  • Paprika

  • Cucumber

  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise
    4T
  • Mustard
    1T
  • lemon juice
    4T
  • Sugar
    1.5T
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Pick a can of canned corn and strain it through a sieve
STEP 2/6
Half a paprika red, one cucumber, and a quarter of an onion are chopped to the size of corn. I removed the seeds from the cucumber and put one in.
STEP 3/6
The cucumber and onion were salted for about 10 minutes and then squeezed into the noodles
STEP 4/6
Put corn, cucumber, onion, and paprika in a bowl and add 4T of mayonnaise, 1T of mustard sauce, 4T of lemon juice, 1+1/2T of sugar, and pepper.
I bought lemon juice to make this. LOL You can add vinegar instead of lemon juice, but I wanted to make it deliciously after a long time

Now mix the ingredients and sauce well. It's easy to make corn salad

If you cut the cabbage into small pieces and put it in, it looks like KFC's cornstraw ^^ I just scoop up corn salad and put a spoon of it on the bread.
