Wash enoki mushrooms clean and cut them into bite-size pieces

Wash the peppers and cut them into 1cm long pieces

Blanch ham/soyfarm slightly in water to defrost and cut into bite-size pieces

Add cooking oil and stir-fry minced garlic to flavor garlic. If you don't have garlic, add cooking oil and wait for a while until preheated

Stir-fry sliced ham in a preheated pan

Add sliced peppers and stir-fry them

When it's cooked, add enoki mushrooms

Add the previously frozen green onions in the frozen state. If you don't have it, you can skip it.

Season with pepper and salt and mix thoroughly. When it's done, turn off the heat and put it in a bowl.
When I went to the mart to buy ingredients, paprika was too expensive, so I replaced it with a similar texture and crunchy pepper, which I consider to be a relative(?). If you don't have garlic and green onions, you don't have to add them.
If all the ingredients are ready, it will be over in less than 10 minutes.
When you start cooking the ingredients, blanch the ham (you can skip it if you don't want to), and while waiting for it to boil, you can prepare enoki mushrooms and peppers.
