Taiwanese snack yupping, green onion pancake
Seeing pastries using green onions from Jongwon Baek reminded me of Taiwan's Chongyuping. I made it simple. It tastes better with eggs and ham.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare a little salt in hot water and knead the flour. You can simply knead it by using a spoon.
STEP 2/6
Place dough in vinyl and let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Roll the aged dough, oil it, and sprinkle sliced green onions, a little salt, and pepper.
STEP 4/6
Roll the rolled dough in the opposite direction and push it back with a rolling pin
STEP 5/6
Grease a frying pan and cook it crispy. Roast the dough like a thud.
STEP 6/6
In a frying pan, half-cooked egg, and place the baked dough on top of it to finish.
Mature the dough for 30 minutes with the dough for 30 minutes. If you use a spoon, the dough is easy. You have to sprinkle a bit of flour on the cutting board to make it fall off easily. It tastes good even if you slice lettuce or cabbage thinly and wrap it with mayonnaise.
