STEP 1/5
Add all the marinades together and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 2/5
Tear oyster mushrooms and cut fish cakes into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/5
Add cooking oil and chopped green onions, fry them over medium-low heat until the green onions are golden, add mushrooms, change to strong heat, and stir-fry them for about a minute.
STEP 4/5
Stir-fry mushrooms, add fish cakes, stir-fry for another 30 seconds, and then pour the sauce.
STEP 5/5
Stir-fry it until the moisture is gone. It's done. I'm not sure if the sweet and salty sauce really suited the kids' taste^^~
Watching recipe pay-per-view recipe videos is a great help in recipe production.
1. Use fish cake with high fish meat content^^~
2. Mushrooms are okay except for top mushrooms. I tried it with top, but top water comes out so quickly that the texture is not good
3. There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring this recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly.
Please note that the amount of rice mixed at home is different from the 1T in the recipe
If you need to measure rice, please refer to the video
How strong is the firepower for soup dishes? Did you boil it with the lid on or not? Depending on various variables, such as how much water the ingredients have, the time goes back and forth even if it is made according to the recipe. So I recommend that you look at the final liver at the end and find the liver that suits your taste.
