Prepare a handful of bean sprouts and ripe cabbage kimchi by cutting them into small pieces with scissors
Please prepare half a cup of kimchi soup.

Pour kimchi, kimchi soup, and 7 cups of water into a pot and boil it.
Bring to a boil and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and cook with the lid open.
If you do something wrong, it will smell like bean sprouts.
Boil it for 5 more minutes

1 spoonful of tuna liquid, and salt for the lack of seasoning.
You can add one or two cheongyang peppers, but my kimchi is so spicy that I skipped peppers.
STEP 5/5
Add minced garlic, chives or green onions and boil them for a while.
It tastes better with anchovy broth, but I used tuna sauce to make it simple.
Even if you season it with clean raw soy sauce, the soup is really delicious.
