Since last year, I have been using the recipe from Sumine's side dishes because I can make stir-fried squid fast. The word "ultra-simple side dish" is just right. I could make it in about 10 minutes. Maybe... ^^

  • Soy sauce

  • Honey

  • Sesame oil

  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the squid into bite-size pieces, please. I cut it in half with scissors.
STEP 2/8
Squid fillet burns quickly, so it's better to prepare the sauce before putting it in. Mix the soy sauce and honey.
STEP 3/8
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-low heat, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and stir-fry until garlic flavor comes up. There is no garlic in Sumine's side dish recipe. When I made it, it tasted better to make it with garlic scent.
STEP 4/8
Reduce the heat to low, stir-fry the squid fillet in a pan only enough to coat with oil, and quickly stir-fry with the sauce.
STEP 5/8
Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame salt to complete it.
STEP 6/8
It's stir-fried squid without sugar, so you don't have to worry about getting hard. It's not cooked in large quantities, but I think it'll all disappear before it goes into the refrigerator. lol

It's a side dish that makes me want to taste the salty side dish, stir-fried squid and sweet and salty.
STEP 8/8
If you make it on low heat, it's stir-fried squid with little chance of failure.
