STEP 1/10
Cooking rice
Before you prepare the ingredients, it's better to make the rice sit down, right? I needed 6-7 bowls of rice to pack 10 rolls of kimbap. I think it goes in less than one bowl and a little more than half a bowl. Adjust the amount of rice depending on how cheap it is, and if you add less water than usual, it tastes better to make it sticky. (If you reduce it too much, it's too hard to eat.)
Prepare other ingredients while cooking rice in a rice cooker. Stir the cooked rice and let it cool slightly.
STEP 2/10
2. Chopping a carrot
Chop up the carrots, please. I thought it would be hard to chop with a knife, so I used a cutter. It was finely chopped. I made it with 3 small carrots. Adjust the amount of carrots to your liking. Personally, I liked the one with a lot of carrots.
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry carrots
Grease the chopped carrots with cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat. If you stir-fry carrots in cooking oil, the sweet taste comes to life, and the absorption rate of beta-carotene and antioxidants increases, so it is better to stir-fry them than to eat them raw. Stir-fry it so that it doesn't get too thick.
STEP 4/10
Seasoning rice
Add stir-fried carrots, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt and season the rice.
You don't need to add salt because pickled radish and burdock make it salty. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste. I skipped salt.
STEP 5/10
It was delicious just by eating this rice..^^ It has savory sesame oil and sesame seeds and sweet carrots, so I thought it would be good to season it with salt and eat it as a rice ball.
STEP 6/10
Finishing the rest of the ingredients
I made it simple and baked canned ham slightly without adding any other ingredients, and put Crami in mayonnaise with just a little pepper. You can add spinach, you can add egg garnish, or you can add other ingredients to your taste, right?
Cut the canned ham into the thickness of pickled radish and cook it until golden brown to remove the grease from the kitchen towel.
STEP 7/10
Rip the crami into bite-size pieces, toss in mayonnaise and pepper.
STEP 8/10
Ingredients are ready!!!!
All the ingredients are ready within 20 minutes of cooking time. If it's this simple, I would eat gimbap every day, right?I just have to roll it up now.
STEP 9/10
Making gimbap
Spread the rice thinly on top of the seaweed and place it on top. You know that you have to leave one side empty to roll it well, right? You can't spread the rice all over the seaweed.
And roll up the prepared ingredients. It didn't take long to make gimbap because the ingredients weren't that big.
STEP 10/10
10 lines are completed quickly!!!!! Lol
Three lines of gimbap that will disappear quickly by myself has been completed.
When you cut kimbap, you can cut it better if you put a little bit of sesame oil on the kimbap or if you put a little bit of water on the edge of the knife.
