Remove from heat, strain a handful of katsuobushi into soy sauce and remove after 1-2 minutes.

Also, you break the egg, put the entrance of the plastic bottle on the yolk using a plastic bottle, press the bottle, and remove it, and only the yolk is sucked into the plastic bottle. You can separate it like this.
